What the plan covers
- Worldwide hosting: copies of the site sit on servers in many regions, which keeps load times short on any phone.
- The padlock in the address bar, renewed automatically.
- A history of past versions, so a bad change can be rolled back.
- Downtime alerts that reach us first, ideally before any customer sees a problem.
- Minor updates such as new wording, a swapped photo, changed hours or a revised price.
- Test sends of your form at regular intervals, to catch a silent failure.
Why so little goes wrong
A typical small-business site is built on a purchased theme plus a handful of plugins from different makers, and each piece updates whenever its maker decides. Sooner or later one update clashes with another and pages stop working. Our hand-written sites skip all that: there's no admin panel to break into and no database behind them, just finished pages.
Something to update?
Send Roger a text or email with the new holiday hours, a price change or a photo from this week's job. Anything big enough to count as a new page gets a written quote before work starts.
Plans and sizes
There are three plan levels, matched to how big the site is, and your written quote says which one applies. Nothing is billed until launch day. If you're on monthly SEO, hosting is already part of it.

Query 01Which changes are covered?
Day-to-day ones: hours, prices, photos, staff, seasonal notices. Anything bigger, like a new page, is quoted before it's done.
Query 02What if the site goes down?
We get the alert and fix it. Because the site is plain files with no database behind it, that's rare.
Query 03Do you host sites built by someone else?
Generally not. Care plans are built around sites we made. If yours runs on WordPress or Wix, Roger can talk through repair versus rebuild.
