Website pricing & free quotes in Pineville
How a quote gets built, what moves the number, and how payment works.

- Form
- Fixed, in writing
- Payment
- Half now, half on delivery
- SEO
- Priced after review
There's no rate card on this page on purpose. Each build gets its own figure, that figure is set down in writing and doesn't move, and work begins only after you say yes to it.
What sets the cost
- Page count
- The biggest single factor. Five pages is a different job from fifteen.
- Features
- Booking requests, galleries, menus or product lists, several service areas.
- Content
- Whether you send finished words and photos or we write and gather them.
- Deadline
- A comfortable timeline costs less than a hard date next month.
Three build sizes and monthly care
Nearly every job lands in one of three brackets. A starter build is a compact site for a business with a short list of offerings. A growth build gives each main service its own page, with space for reviews and job photos. A custom build handles long service lists, unusual features or a firm date on the calendar. Once the site is live, a monthly care plan keeps it hosted and tended, with the plan level matched to the bracket.
Try the sizing worksheet
Tick whatever applies. It won't give you a price, but it shows which size your project will probably be before you ask for the quote.
Payment terms
- 50% to start. That payment reserves your spot in the schedule.
- 50% at delivery, the day the completed site reaches you for review.
- The care plan isn't billed until launch day.
SEO is separate
Monthly local SEO gets its own figure once Roger has studied your business at no charge. A packed trade and a sleepy one simply don't need the same hours.
Pricing queries
Query 01Why isn't there a price list?
Two sites that look alike on the surface can hide very unequal workloads. A figure written for your actual project is fairer than a chart, and it holds once you accept it.
Query 02How does SEO get priced?
Roger studies your business and the competition first, free of charge. The monthly number is written down before the first month begins.
Query 03Could I begin small and grow the site?
Sure. Lots of owners launch a starter build, then bolt on service pages as the business expands. Every addition gets priced before it's made.
